Production Policies & Accessibility

Practical answers about estimates, dates, revisions, delivery, accessibility, privacy, and working together.

Production expectations should be visible before commitment.

Project-specific estimates and agreements control. These summaries prevent common surprises but are not a substitute for signed terms.

Dates and deposits

Requested dates are tentative until scope, agreement, required deposit, locations, people and access are confirmed. Vendor, permit, talent and travel commitments may be non-refundable.

Cancellation and weather

The estimate names notice periods, rescheduling, weather/illness/access contingencies, completed work, committed costs, overtime and any refund boundary.

Review and changes

Included rounds, approver, feedback method and gates are written. New concepts, shots, formats, revisions or changes after approval may require a change estimate.

Files and archive

Deliverables, formats, transfer expiry, acceptance and retention are named. Raw/source/project files and indefinite free archive are not assumed.

Accessibility

We plan captions, transcripts, text alternatives, readable graphics, reduced-motion/static alternatives and production accommodations appropriate to the scope.

Portfolio and privacy

Client delivery does not automatically grant portfolio permission. Sensitive work, minors, testimonials, private property and confidential launches need explicit handling.
